Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from regionally accredited institution
- 3.0 GPA in upper-division work
- OR acceptable score on GRE, GMAT, LSAT, or MCAT
Students study various areas of entrepreneurship, such as
- identification of new technology opportunities,
- development of strategies to commercialize new innovations,
- critical skills in business planning for new ventures,
- various frameworks for new venture formation, and
- development of financing strategies and frameworks to provide capital to create and grow new ventures.
Open to all fully admitted graduate students, the graduate certificate offers students flexible scheduling and focused course work. Up to 12 hours of certificate course credits may be applied to a graduate degree (with departmental approval).

In addition to the application forms, please submit:

- A 250-word letter of interest, that includes the student's objective for pursuing this course of study. **

Twelve (12) credit hours are required.

Standardized Tests for International Students
International students for whom English is not a native language must submit a TOEFL score. A minimum score of 550 on the paper-based test, or 79 on the web-based test, is required. A graduate-level admissions test may also be required.
Registration Process
Consult with the certificate program advisor and obtain an electronic course permit for those with non-degree seeking status. Visit OASIS, USF's online registration system and follow the online directions.
Tuition & Fees
Fees parallel those of standard graduate-level courses. Please visit the Cash Accounting page.
Financial Aid
Non-degree seeking students are not eligible for financial aid. Please contact the Financial Aid Office at 813-974-4700 for exceptions and the names of private lenders.
